Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Protein Drink Formula 1 – Smooth Chocolate flavor
- 1/2 cup soy drink
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp applesauce without sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
In a bowl mix the Formula 1 Smooth Chocolate powder with all the ingredients until you have a smooth mixture.
Grease a non-stick pan with oil.
