Ingredients:
- 100 gr. dried plums
- 100 gr. canola oil (plus for greasing the pan)
- 90 gr. coconut sugar
- 40 gr. melted white chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 208 gr. Protein Drink Formula 1 Vanilla Cream
- 125 gr. wholemeal flour
- 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
- 40 gr. dark chocolate drops or chopped chocolate
Method:
Preheat the oven to 160°C/ fan mark and grease a 20cm square pan.
Add the prunes to the blender or mixer until smooth, then add the canola oil, coconut sugar, melted white chocolate, eggs, vanilla Protein Drink Formula 1 Vanilla Cream, flour and baking powder. p>Mix together half the amount of dark chocolate.
Transfer the mixture to the pan and scatter the remaining chocolate drops or chocolate chips on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
Let it cool completely, cut it and serve it.
