Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 150 g organic white hard flour and a little extra for kneading
- 2 servings (15 g) Beta heart®
- 2 servings (12 g) Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder
- 1½ tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 120 ml hot water
For the pizza ingredients:
- 1 portion (32 g) Gourmet Tomato Soup
- ½ tbsp. oregano
- 50 ml water
- 75 g grated or slightly crumbled mozzarella
Method:
For the dough:
Preheat the oven to 180°C or 160°C if using fan. Mix all the ingredients for the dough so that they are homogeneous
Work the dough well for 10 minutes until it has a uniform, light and elastic texture and shape it into a ball. Alternatively, you can use a food processor or mixer with a dough hook. Flour the surface you will be working on and roll out the pizza dough to about 30cm in diameter and 4-5mm thick. Transfer the pizza base to a baking tray.</p >
For the materials:
Mix the Gourmet Tomato Soup with the oregano and water until the mixture has a ketchup-like consistency. Spread a thin layer of sauce evenly over the dough using the back of a spoon and leave 1cm of the edges of the dough uncovered Finally, spread the mozzarella evenly and bake the pizza on a low grill for 14-16 minutes until colored and puffed .
Tip: You can add salt, pepper, sugar, garlic, herbs or spices as desired.
