Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. black tapioca
- Approximately 400 ml of water
- 2 servings (3.4 g) Herbal instant drink, raspberry flavor
- 2 sachets (4 g.) Microbiotic Max nutritional supplement*
- 2 scoops (52 g) Formula 1** Vanilla Cream flavor (it is equally delicious with Formula 1 Banana Cream flavor!)
- 100 g mango pieces (fresh or frozen)
- 250 ml water
- 250 ml milk or herbal drink
Method:
First, cook the tapioca. Put it in a saucepan and cover with water. Boil for 15 minutes on medium-high heat, taking care not to evaporate the water (add water if necessary). Remove from the heat and leave the pot covered with a lid for an additional 15 minutes.
At the same time, put the rest of the ingredients into the blender and blend them until they become a smooth mixture, except for the Microbiotic Max, which should be slowly mixed into the mixture at the end.
Divide the boiled and drained tapioca pearls into two tall glasses, wait for them to cool and pour over the mixture. Insert a wide straw and drink the delicious drink together with the chewy tapioca.
